It will enable you to understand how you have made your career choices in the past by reviewing your current circumstances and analysing your personality profile.

It will help you to identify your future career  and recognise which areas you need to develop. It will allow you to be fully aware of your professional potential.  It will ultimately provide you with a complete package of tools that you can use to achieve career success.

What will you learn?

• You will understand how to make career choices  and the most optimal conditions that would enable you to succeed in your future career path.
• You will receive a Personality Portrait that precisely measures different aspects of your personality profile separately so that you may recognise your qualities from both ends of the spectrum to enable you to understand the role of personality in your career.
• You will also receive a workbook containing personal development activities to help you beyond the workshop.
• You will gain insight into three different   behaviour types : “underlying you” , “everyday you” and “you under pressure”.
• You will have the opportunity to learn about different types of psychometric tests that employers now use in their selection and assessment process.
• You will have the opportunity to practise interview techniques and rapport building skills in a safe environment which you will be able to utilise in your future job interviews.
